Rather than relying exclusively on conventional construction methods, MactorX explores modern building systems, materials, prefabrication techniques, and hybrid construction methods to determine the most effective solution for each project.
The company's objective is simple: make construction faster, more efficient, durable, affordable, and easier to execute without sacrificing quality or performance.
MactorX works with established technologies such as insulated concrete forms (ICF), structural insulated panels (SIPs), insulated concrete panels, precast concrete, steel construction, prefabricated components, composite systems, and other emerging construction technologies.
However, MactorX is not intended to be tied to any single material or construction system.
The “X” in MactorX represents the variable: the construction method can change depending on the project, location, climate, cost, available labour, building type, and performance requirements.

MactorX Build applies these technologies to real construction projects.
Rather than simply functioning as an installer of one particular product, MactorX can select and integrate different construction systems depending on the requirements of the building.
A project could, for example, combine an ICF foundation, steel structural components, prefabricated insulated wall panels, concrete elements, and other technologies where each provides an advantage.
This approach allows the building system to be designed around the project instead of forcing the project around one construction method.

Instead of requiring numerous independent trades and building layers to produce a finished wall or structure, MactorX will investigate systems capable of integrating multiple functions — including structure, insulation, enclosure, fire performance, weather protection, and finishes — into fewer components and construction operations.
Promising concepts can be developed into prototypes and subjected to the appropriate structural, fire, thermal, moisture, acoustic, durability, and code-compliance testing before commercial implementation.
